Curtin Executive Education · One-day masterclass
Everyone in the room has the same AI tools. What sets you apart is knowing what to ask, when to trust the answer, and where a person stays in charge, at your own desk and when you put AI into real work. This site has everything from the day: the tools, the exercises, the data, the prompts and the slides.
The day
Four sessions, one tool each. A few slides, then you do it, all day. Bring a laptop with at least one AI tool you’re allowed to use at work.
01 · 9:00
Judge
How much should I trust this output? Trust tool. You leave with a ten-second habit for every output.
02 · 11:00
Brief
How do I ask for what I need? RTCF. You leave with your own prompt library.
03 · 1:15
Check
How do I know it’s right? Check loop. You leave with an analysis you have verified yourself, and the rules behind one of your own decisions, tested blind against calls you’ve already made.
04 · 3:00
Deliver
Will it work every week? Opportunity Finder and a 30-day gate. You leave with a delivery plan for one real workflow, and an action plan.

Two masterclasses
The Human Edge is one of two Curtin Executive Education AI masterclasses. Each stands on its own.
This course
The Human Edge
Using and delivering AI with judgement. When everyone has the same tools, where does my edge live? Judging and briefing in the morning; checking and delivering in the afternoon.
The companion day
AI in Strategy
Choosing where to invest. Which AI investment is worth real money, and which is a confident-sounding trap? For executives and strategists.

After the day
Start at Resources. It says what each after-the-day page is for, with three things worth reading next:
- Go deeper: practise on your own work.
- Decide like me: Exercise 6 in full.
- Beyond the day: what we didn’t cover, and the big questions.
- Responsible use: data, bias and ethics.
